The University of Hawaii Applied Research Lab did what no one has done yet, conducted a resupply of a submarine using a consumer drone.

The USS Hawaii (SSN 776) received a resupply a mile off Oahu, Hawaii, on October 10, 2019 from a small quadrotor drone that is designed to deliver packages to residential buildings. For this test there were around 5 pounds of medical supplies, food, and circuit cards delivered.
